No room to extract, have to re-download?

Ok, I spent 40 mins or so downloading the game, but didn't realize impulse defaulted to my C: drive, and since there is only 5gb free, it wouldn't extract. I copied the Downloaded file and put it in the new folder it made on my other drive, but it just tries to re-download it anyway.

Anything I can do, or do I have to wait another 40 mins to re-download to the new drive?

Have you clicked on the upper left to access option and change settings for various folders?

You should use the "download and archive" option next time you want to download the game. That way, you won't have to redownload the game if install fails.
